1. Services

NegevTrail provides guided day hikes and multi-day desert trails in Israel’s Negev for tourism purposes. We do not offer medical, spa, health, cosmetics, or financial services. Website descriptions of routes (distances, elevation, difficulty) are estimates and may change with season, permits, and conditions.

2. Bookings & inquiries

Submitting a form or email is an inquiry, not a confirmed booking, until we confirm dates, price, and inclusions in writing. Payment and cancellation terms for a specific trek will be stated in that confirmation.

3. Participant responsibilities

• Disclose relevant fitness limitations that affect desert hiking.
• Follow guide instructions on pacing, water, and turnaround times.
• Bring required personal equipment listed in your trip notes.
• Comply with park rules at places such as Ein Avdat and Makhtesh Ramon areas.

4. Risk acknowledgment

Desert hiking involves inherent risks: heat, cold, uneven rock, wildlife, remote terrain, and weather. You participate voluntarily. We take reasonable care in guiding; we are not liable for losses beyond what applicable law allows, including for events outside our reasonable control (extreme weather, closures, force majeure).

5. Website content

Text, design, and images on negevtrail.pro are for general information. We may update routes, photos, and prices without notice. Unauthorized scraping or republication of site materials is prohibited.

6. Third-party links

Links to external sites (if any) are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

7. Privacy

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your place of residence. Courts in Israel shall have jurisdiction for disputes arising from these Terms or our services, subject to applicable law.
